Uses the Instagram and TikTok handles from the Contact section above. TikTok shows your profile with your latest videos automatically. Instagram doesn't allow a live feed without a paid service, so paste the links of the posts you want featured (newest first).

Fees are added automatically at the register for the payment methods you pick (for example a card processing fee), and can be waived per sale. They print as their own line on the receipt and are reported separately from sales.

Team & booth renters
Each stylist signs in with their own email and sees only their own bookings, clients, sales, and reports, with their own menu and hours. Owners see everything. The main stylist owns the salon menu and hours and everything booked before stylists were introduced — that should be the salon owner who does hair, not the developer. Rent terms feed the Booth rent section in Reports.

Audit log
A record of staff activity: bookings, sales, products, website edits, sign-ins. Entries cannot be changed or removed.

Everything is stored in the Firebase database and shared across devices. Download a backup any time.
Clear data — only touch this if you know what you are doing
Permanently deletes records from the database — for wiping test data before launch, or clearing old records after you've downloaded them. This never touches your services, policies, products, photos, theme, or settings. Download a backup first; there is no undo.
